Why can I not downgrade my iCloud sotage
I just upgraded my storage on iCloud thinking it would help my storage situation on my phone but nothing changed and I want to downgrade to the free 5 gb but it will not let me. Help?

I totally understand wanting to get the most out of your storage and if it's not working out, go ahead and downgrade back. We can check out steps to do that.

Under "Downgrade your iCloud storage plan", about halfway down the page, it shows how to change your storage plan on whichever device you use.
